Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, William Peck and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Arcainum changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Martine looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Arcainum tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Martine is looking to regain half guard here but Arcainum keeps moving and retains side control.
Martine is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Arcainum has just dragged him back down to the mat.
You can see the frustration on Martine's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Arcainum takes a little break here. Martine wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Arcainum decides to stand up, so the ref orders Martine to his feet.

Arcainum bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Arcainum drops back looking for a leg! Martine is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Martine manages to kick Arcainum off! Arcainum jumps back into Martine's guard.

Martine has his foot on Arcainum's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Arcainum works his way back into a safe position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
