Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Oldman.
Oldman throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Oldman throws a front kick aimed at Scott's knee but Scott avoids it well.
A clash of legs there as Oldman blocks the low kick.
Scott misses with a straight left.
Scott lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Scott throws a series of punches but Oldman moves out of range.
Nice shot by Scott.
Scott scores with a punch to the head.
A slapping leg kick lands for Scott.

Scott gets tackled into the cage by Oldman. Oldman maintains the clinch.
Scott wants to break free but Oldman has control.

Oldman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Oldman steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Scott. That one must have hurt.
Oldman has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Oldman there as he acknowledges the shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Oldman looks to throw an elbow but misses.

Scott tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Scott lands an uppercut.
Oldman throws a head punch that misses.
Oldman will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Scott up against the cage.
Scott lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Oldman or not.
Scott misses with a punch on the inside.
Scott pushes Oldman back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Scott can't find room to land a body shot as Oldman controls the action.

and Scott counters with a nice low kick that buckles Oldman's knee momentarily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Scott fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Oldman tries to close the distance and clinch but Scott swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Scott has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Oldman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Oldman lands in his opponent's guard.

Scott throws a right and a left that Oldman avoids nicely.
Scott misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oldman throws a big counter combination but Scott scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Keene Scott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oldman wants to clinch.
Scott cracks Oldman with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Oldman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Scott swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Oldman uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Scott.

Oldman manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Scott on his heels. He'll look to pass Scott's guard now, I'm sure.

Oldman has Scott pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Oldman pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Scott tumbling to the mat - Oldman dives into Scott's guard.

Oldman gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Scott pushes Oldman off and scrambles back to his feet.
Scott does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
It looked like Oldman wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Oldman closes the distance and pushes Scott back into the cage.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Scott lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Oldman has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Oldman and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Well Scott has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
