Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin Noeigati (ranked 1808 p4p, 1587 weight class) and Jisoo Oh (ranked 239 p4p, 217 weight class). Noeigati comes into the arena with Cremation of Sam McGee blaring out of the sound system. Benjamin Noeigati has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Benjamin Noeigati!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jisoo Oh!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oh misses with a body shot.
A counter left hand to the body from Noeigati misses its target.

Oh takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Oh lands with an overhand left.

and Noeigati counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Jisoo Oh has been cut.
That kick from Noeigati tenderised Oh's leg. Oh is trying to keep his angry face on.
Oh throws a hook but Noeigati blocks it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Oh is pushing down on Noeigati's leg trying to pass to half guard. Noeigati is fighting to maintain full guard but Oh has managed to sneak the leg through.
