The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rocksteady misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mfer lands a lovely overhand right.
Rocksteady on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Good exchange - Mfer coming out on top.
Rocksteady looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mfer misses with a body shot.
Mfer lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Rocksteady rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Mfer counters with a nice right hand that sends Rocksteady toppling to the canvas! Rocksteady scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Mfer finish him?!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mfer misses with a hook.
Mfer feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rocksteady sprawling to the canvas! Rocksteady rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mfer finish him?!
Rocksteady is rocked!
Mfer ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Rocksteady out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pate Mfer!
