The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montebianco uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Landeau.
Montebianco takes one to the side of the head.
Landeau paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Montebianco tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Landeau is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Montebianco avoids the body shot from Landeau.
Montebianco tries to counter with a clinch but Landeau shakes him off and moves away.
Montebianco shoots in and drives through. Landeau sprawls well.
Montebianco walks into a straight right hand from Landeau.

Landeau is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Montebianco flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Montebianco is out cold! Landeau holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
