Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between James Dalton (ranked 2615 p4p, 6024 weight class) and Seo Boy (ranked 215 p4p, 373 weight class). Seo Boy struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 147.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Seo Boy looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Seo Boy!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boy doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Dalton looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Dalton sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Boy's guard.
Boy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dalton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dalton seems to be working for a kimura but Boy defends the submission attempt.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dalton connects with a nice short shot to Boy's temple.
Boy is looking to control Dalton's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Boy avoid being mounted?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dalton prevents Boy from improving his position.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Dalton lands a nice short elbow.
Dalton wants to pass to mount but Boy is defending the position.
Dalton takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dalton winds up and cracks Boy with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Dalton slips a nice elbow through Boy's hands, connecting with Boy's forehead.
Dalton wants to pass to mount but Boy is defending the position.
Boy is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Boy is defending against the submission attempts here by Dalton.
Dalton looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Boy with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Dalton definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Boy is bucking up trying to escape but Dalton cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
