Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 35 - 49 - 1, fighting out of New York, Lyle Alzado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chetnik Borg Eleven!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Joseph Jones and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borg Eleven waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Alzado. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Alzado to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
It looks like Lyle Alzado has been cut.
Borg Eleven slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Alzado knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Borg Eleven on the ground.
Borg Eleven postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Borg Eleven stays in close to Alzado's body and controls the position.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
It looks like Borg Eleven might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Lyle Alzado is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Alzado throws a series of punches but Borg Eleven avoids them all with ease.
Alzado throws a poor cross that misses
and Borg Eleven counters with a huge left! Alzado is in big trouble! He's backing up but Borg Eleven isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Alzado from any more damage. A dominating finish by Borg Eleven!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chetnik Borg Eleven!
A very excited looking Chetnik Borg Eleven rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
