The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clarke displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hill.
Hill throws a left and a right that both miss
and Clarke counters with a stiff right hand.
Hill shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Clarke counters with a stiff right hand.
Hill throws a right hand that misses
and Clarke counters with a nice body shot.
Hill misses the body punch
and Clarke counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hill shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Clarke sprawls well. Clarke wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hill gets slowly back to his feet.
Clarke is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Roy Clarke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brian Hill.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Clarke scores with a counter punch that sends Hill to the canvas! Clarke smells blood - he's punishing Hill with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Hill has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
