Horrible takedown by Bettencourt or perhaps it was just good defense by Dateh which made him look bad.
Dateh connects with the punch.

Dateh connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Bettencourt shoots in for a takedown but Dateh shows good takedown defense.
Dateh feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bettencourt's calf.
Bettencourt is breathing heavily.

Dateh fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Dateh cracks Bettencourt with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dateh has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Bettencourt to stand back up!

Bettencourt is rocked!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bettencourt crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dateh - the referee stops the clock and Bettencourt gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dateh. Bettencourt manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Oh Bettencourt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dateh fakes the body blow, causing Bettencourt to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Bettencourt goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
