Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simone throws a jab when Terrell was well out of range.
Simone blocks a leg kick.
Terrell scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Terrell slips a jab from Simone.
Terrell counters with a body kick.
Simone uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Terrell.
Terrell throws a leg kick
and Simone counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A head kick from Terrell lands but Simone takes it in his stride.
Terrell takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Terrell has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Simone closes the distance and clinches.
Simone misses with a hook from the clinch.
Terrell swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Simone has a couple of punches blocked by Terrell.
Simone lands a shoulder strike.
Terrell misses with a hook to the ribs.
Terrell tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Simone goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Terrell prevents a body shot from Simone.
Simone fails to pull guard.

Terrell gets control of Simone's arms and successfully pulls guard. Terrell will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Simone drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Terrell dives on top into guard.

Terrell stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Simone swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Simone wants to sweep but no luck.

Terrell is posturing up here but Simone has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Terrell tries to roll out but it's too tight and Terrell has to tap! Slick submission there by Simone!
