Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tali Ihantala (ranked 299 p4p, 836 weight class) and Hero Primo (ranked 11 p4p, 45 weight class). Primo is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Returns a King. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 35 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tali Ihantala!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 10 - 1, fighting out of New York, Hero Primo!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Skip Squint and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ihantala misses with an uppercut. Primo saw that one coming.
Primo connects with the punch.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Primo lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ihantala has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ihantala and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Ihantala connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Primo will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

We've been informed that Primo has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

I was talking to Ihantala's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Ihantala breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Primo's corner calls for a 1-2. Primo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Ihantala counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Primo off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Ihantala follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Primo was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Tali Ihantala!
After winning the bout, Tali Ihantala thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
