Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gatimu Wanjiku (ranked 2558 p4p, 2948 weight class) and Karry Mountain (ranked 329 p4p, 367 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Karry Mountain!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mountain uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Wanjiku.
Wanjiku definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Wanjiku swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Mountain makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Mountain misses with a looping left.
Wanjiku walks into a left hand.
Wanjiku misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mountain.
A nice side step and Mountain releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
A lazy body kick from Wanjiku
and Mountain connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Wanjiku fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mountain.
Wanjiku jabs Mountain right on the nose. Mountain blinks but takes it well.
Wanjiku wants to slow Mountain down by chopping away at his legs.
Wanjiku takes a swing at Mountain's ribcage but misses.
Wanjiku throws a hook but Mountain blocks it.
Mountain checks a low kick from Wanjiku.
Mountain looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Mountain thuds his shin into the meat of Wanjiku's side.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wanjiku throws a body shot but no joy.
Wanjiku misses the shot to the body.
Mountain swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wanjiku misses with a jab to the body
and Mountain cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wanjiku misses with a straight left.
Wanjiku lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Wanjiku swings for the body but Mountain moves out of range.
Mountain flicks out a counter leg kick but Wanjiku steps away.
Mountain blocks a low kick nicely.
Mountain has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Mountain lands an overhand right.

Wanjiku is rocked!
Wanjiku takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Oh Wanjiku is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
and Mountain counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Wanjiku! He's just covering up as Mountain starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
