Messier throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Brown looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Brown moves away from the strike by Messier.
Messier throws a series of punches but Brown moves out of range.
Brown showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Messier.
Brown takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
It looks like Bobby Brown has been cut.
Messier misses with an uppercut.
Messier with a nice cross.
Brown has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Nice combo by Messier! Oh, that's hurt him - Brown falls to the canvas and Messier follows him into side control.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Messier has hold of Brown's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Brown seems comfortable defending it but Messier has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Brown is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Brown is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Messier couldn't care less - he's delighted!
