Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Fulton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Apollo Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Apollo Creed is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Horrible takedown by Fulton or perhaps it was just good defense by Creed which made him look bad.
Creed fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fulton manages to avoid it.
Creed will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Fulton. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Fulton moves away from the strike by Creed.
Fulton closes the distance and clinches up with Creed, looking for a takedown. Fulton pushes Creed against the cage but Creed circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Creed rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fulton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Fulton closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Creed to the mat! Creed manages to get full guard.

Creed utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Fulton postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Creed is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fulton, into his guard.
Creed would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Creed got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fulton has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Creed has managed to get both his arms back between Fulton's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fulton is looking for a triangle here but Creed uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Creed content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Creed decides to stand back up. Creed steps back and let's Fulton get back to his feet.

That's time! Fulton's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Fulton drops back, looking for a kneebar! Creed looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Creed looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Creed!

Creed takes a little break here. Fulton wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Fulton is looking to improve his position but Creed isn't that keen on the idea.
Creed takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Fulton is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Well Creed has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
