Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wee Ning (ranked 1414 p4p, 1178 weight class) and Scott Shotz (ranked 196 p4p, 174 weight class). Scott Shotz has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Wee Ning 's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ning lands a jab to the nose.
Donk. Ning catches Shotz right on the button with a cross.

and Shotz counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Shotz.
Shotz tries a body shot but Ning blocks it.

Shotz looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Shotz lands a left hand that snaps the head of Ning backwards.

Ning 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Ning looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Shotz with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ning connects with a nice short shot to Shotz's temple.
Ning lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
