The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Columbo Gatti and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eriksson shoots in for a takedown but Gooding shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A little jabbing left from Gooding on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Gooding lands with an overhand left.
Eriksson shoots and misses
and Gooding counters with a nice body shot.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Eriksson is defended easily by Gooding.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ludvig Eriksson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Eriksson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ludvig Eriksson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gooding sizes up Eriksson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Ludvig Eriksson has been cut.
Gooding keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gooding looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Eriksson fails to land the takedown.

Gooding lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Gooding cracks Eriksson with a hook to the temple - Eriksson is on wobbly legs here! Gooding swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Eriksson falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Gooding wins by TKO!
