Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 36 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jerome Steel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 27 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Charlie Hall!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hall thuds his right hand into Steel's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Steel looks to land a left hand but Hall moved out of range nicely.
Steel has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hall finds it's way round the side to connect with Steel's head.

Hall shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Steel's guard.
Hall is looking to stand up but Steel won't let him.

Hall stands and steps away. Steel gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Charlie Hall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hall lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hall is working Steel over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Steel lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hall has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hall and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Charlie Hall showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well Hall has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Charlie Hall tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
