Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dimitri Magomedov (ranked 3010 p4p, 3730 weight class) and Pete Sirah (ranked 373 p4p, 439 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dimitri Magomedov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pete Sirah!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sirah looks to land a body kick but Magomedov moved away.
Magomedov shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Pete Sirah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Magomedov shoots in looking for a takedown. Sirah tries to sprawl out of it but Magomedov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sirah manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sirah tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Magomedov is able to avoid easily.
Magomedov dives in and grabs Sirah's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sirah pushes down on Magomedov's head and hops out.

Magomedov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dimitri Magomedov.
I think Magomedov has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
