Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Stone (ranked 1925 p4p, 3506 weight class) and Chris Carter (ranked 235 p4p, 403 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter misses with a left hand
and Stone counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Stone keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Carter.
Stone throws the left hand but Carter avoids the punch easily.

and Stone counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Carter lands with a nice body punch.
Stone definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Carter uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Stone.
Carter swings and misses with a shot to the body

and Stone counters with a crisp right hand that drops Carter! Stone lets Carter back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Stone really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Stone steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Carter is out on his feet! Stone sets himself and nearly takes Carter's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
