Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Steve Louis (ranked 3178 p4p, 3249 weight class) and Hasbulla Magomedov (ranked 197 p4p, 200 weight class). Magomedov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Roy Jones Jr - Can't be Touched kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedov shoots in looking for a takedown but Louis manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Magomedov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Louis seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Hasbulla Magomedov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Louis closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Magomedov's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Magomedov working for a triangle but Louis defends it easily.
Louis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Louis trying to control the position from guard on top but Magomedov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Magomedov has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at ubergym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Louis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Magomedov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Louis wants to control from the top but Magomedov keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Magomedov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Louis doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Magomedov is tightening it up a little... Louis has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Louis reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Louis taps out! Nice BJJ there by Magomedov!
