Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jamychal Jacobs (ranked 5256 p4p, 3717 weight class) and Sky Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jamychal Jacobs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sky Jordan!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Jordan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jacobs - the referee stops the clock and Jordan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jacobs. Jordan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Jordan's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jacobs under the eye.
Jacobs throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jordan.
A little jabbing left from Jordan on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Jacobs really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
A shot to the body from Jordan misses
and Jacobs counters with a one-two to the body.
Jacobs throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Jordan.
Jordan misses with a few strikes there.
Jacobs takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Jordan cracks Jacobs with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Jamychal Jacobs has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A nice leg kick from Jacobs, right into the meat of the thigh.
Sky Jordan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jacobs avoids the body shot from Jordan.

Jordan lands a big right hand that sends Jacobs crashing to the mat! Jordan stays standing though and waves Jacobs back to his feet!

Oh Jacobs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jordan misses with a hook to the body
and Jacobs counters with a one-two to the body.
Jacobs seems to have got his legs back now.
Jacobs shoots for a double leg takedown but Jordan sprawls well. He's pushed Jacobs's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

A telegraphed right hand from Jordan misses the target.
Jordan catches Jacobs with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Jordan scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jacobs doesn't seem bothered though.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Jordan! Jacobs is backing up but he can't get away as Jordan lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Jacobs and ends the fight. Great knockout.
