Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Olyn Seran (ranked 79 p4p, 202 weight class) and Riley Hatfield (ranked 14 p4p, 28 weight class). Seran's entrance music is Sound of Silence - Disturbed. A fine choice. Hatfield has chosen Cruel World- Willie Nelson as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 18 - 1, fighting out of New York, Olyn Seran!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Riley Hatfield!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yuuki Gou and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatfield tries to score with a low kick but Seran moves his leg out of the way.
Seran lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Seran scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Olyn Seran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Seran closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hatfield did well to prevent Seran getting side control.
Seran is working for a submission of some sort.
Hatfield pushes Seran off, looking to escape but Seran dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Hatfield is forced to tap! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Olyn Seran!
