Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sss Sss (ranked 23548 p4p, 23549 weight class) and Sss Sss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sss Sss acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 80 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 73 - 22 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Fighter B throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Fighter A counters with a nice body shot.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Fighter B scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Fighter A is trying to maintain the position but Fighter B is very close to passing his half guard.
Fighter B controlling the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Let's hope that Fighter B has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Fighter A tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fighter B swivels and escapes.
Fighter A displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fighter B.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Fighter A shoots in for a takedown but Fighter B shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Fighter A looks for a takedown but Fighter B sprawls well.
Fighter B steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sss Sss. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fighter A slaps away a takedown attempt from Fighter B, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Fighter A jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

Fighter A shoots for a takedown but Fighter B saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Fighter A shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Fighter A was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Fighter A is looking to take a break and control but Fighter B is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Fighter A is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Fighter B will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fighter A working away.
Fighter B holding on.
Fighter B tries to bench press Fighter A off him but Fighter A keeps the position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Sss Sss will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Fighter B has his takedown stuffed
and Fighter A counters with a body kick.

Fighter B steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Fighter A looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Fighter B throws the kick towards the body but Fighter A avoids it.

Fighter B looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Fighter A!
Fighter B controls the position.

Fighter A wants to control but Fighter B postures up.
Fighter B just content to control the position.
Fighter B throwing strikes but Fighter A manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fighter A trying to control the action but Fighter B is working from the bottom.
Fighter B is trying to improve his position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fighter B can do anything to dispel that myth.
You can see the frustration on Fighter B's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Fighter A takes a little break here. Fighter B wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Fighter A in side control, throwing shots but Fighter B defends.
Fighter A trying to control the position but Fighter B is working away.
Fighter B can't do much from the bottom here.
Sss Sss has got the better of the ground game so far.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Fighter A content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Sss Sss will probably get the nod - 10:9.

Fighter B closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Fighter B prevents Fighter A from improving his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fighter B controlling the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fighter A controlling the position well.
Fighter B is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Fighter B's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Fighter B.
Fighter A thinks about countering with a body kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Fighter A fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Fighter B.

Fighter A shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Fighter A was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Fighter B struggling a bit here.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fighter A wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fighter B keeps working.
Fighter A is really struggling to control Fighter B but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Fighter B takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Fighter B is looking for a sweep.
Fighter A wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fighter B keeps working.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Fighter A shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Fighter B defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fighter A.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sss Sss.
I think Fighter A has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
