Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mir avoids the body shot from River.
River fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mir has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Nice shot lands for River.
River throws a nice looking combination but Mir bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
River misses with a body shot.
Mir tries a head kick but it misses.
Mir ducks under a wild hook from River.
Mir fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but River avoids it really well and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
River throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
River lands a head kick!
Mir misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Mir fails with a takedown attempt.

A slapping leg kick lands for River.

River smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Mir tries to move into range but River moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

River lands a big head kick that sends Mir to the canvas! River follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
