Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Bomstaerk (ranked 1975 p4p, 3191 weight class) and Teke Bamalog (ranked 262 p4p, 388 weight class). Bamalog is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Stubborn Robot Original Nuttah. Teke Bamalog will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bomstaerk shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bamalog sprawls well. Bamalog wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bomstaerk gets slowly back to his feet.

Bamalog shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bomstaerk eats them both and turns towards Bamalog to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Bomstaerk shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Bomstaerk bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Bomstaerk is working to tighten his grip on Bamalog's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Bamalog has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Bomstaerk is really squeezing tight and eventually Bamalog passes out! Bomstaerk breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Teke Bamalog was interviewed post fight and said 'I'll kick ass this bastard'.
