The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Bruno Lombardi and Alyssa Summers.

Notturna fails with the takedown.
Notturna changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kersikov tries to avoid it but Notturna manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kersikov to the ground. Kersikov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Notturna had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kersikov defends it easily.
Kersikov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Notturna swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Kersikov slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Notturna is on top in guard.

We've been hearing good reports from Kersikov's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Kersikov is sitting in close to Notturna's body. Notturna has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Kersikov is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Kersikov is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Notturna.
