Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jing Xin Yi (ranked 1671 p4p, 4050 weight class) and Horishi Kagawa (ranked 226 p4p, 457 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kagawa stalks Xin Yi and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Xin Yi's face. Xin Yi staggers backwards, shaken.
A head kick from Xin Yi lands but Kagawa takes it in his stride.
Kagawa feints a jab promting Xin Yi to slip. Kagawa then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Xin Yi slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Jing Xin Yi has been cut.

Xin Yi lands a big head kick that sends Kagawa tumbling to the mat! Xin Yi takes a step backwards and waves Kagawa back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Kagawa is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kagawa throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Xin Yi on the side of the head.

Xin Yi has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
