Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Borscht Balgav (ranked 2442 p4p, 1251 weight class) and Helm Hammerhand (ranked 0 p4p, 64 weight class). Hammerhand has chosen ODESZA - My Friends Never Die as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

It looked like Balgav was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Hammerhand.

Hammerhand lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hammerhand comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

enabling Balgav to counter with a crisp jab.
Balgav displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hammerhand throws out the jab.
Balgav uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hammerhand.
Hammerhand stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Borscht Balgav has been cut.
Balgav takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Helm Hammerhand is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Balgav takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hammerhand throws a right hand that misses
and Balgav counters with a series of strikes. Hammerhand will be more careful next time no doubt.

BOOM! Hammerhand lands a beautiful left hook that drops Balgav. Balgav tries to recover but Hammerhand is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Balgav lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
