Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Detritus Rubble (ranked 3050 p4p, 2598 weight class) and Jamie Newman (ranked 191 p4p, 164 weight class). Rubble comes to the cage accompanied by Flux Pavilion x Feed Me - Survive (feat. meesh). Jamie Newman acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Detritus Rubble!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jamie Newman!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rubble keeps the fight on the outside.
Newman looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rubble is fending him off so far but Newman persists. Nope, Rubble circles away and we're back to standing.
Newman slips under a jab.
A slow jab from Rubble misses its intended target.
Newman shoots in but no luck this time.
Newman scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rubble doesn't seem bothered though.

It looked like Rubble wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Newman shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rubble napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Newman is taking a breather. Rubble says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Rubble is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Newman's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Newman's back!

Newman breaks Rubble's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Rubble bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Newman's guard.

Rubble slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
