The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xavier takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Xavier looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Xavier takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Lucien is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Lucien wants to clinch.

Xavier fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lucien sprawls well initially but Xavier persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Lucien is pressing down on Xavier's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Lucien is trying to control the position but Xavier postures up.
Lucien throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Lucien trying to keep a closed guard but Xavier is proving a slippery customer.

Xavier is sitting in close to Lucien's body. Lucien has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Xavier is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Xavier is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Lucien.
