The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Chase stuffs the takedown attempt from Espinoza. Espinoza gets slowly back to his feet.
Chase shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Espinoza but Espinoza pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Espinoza tries to counter with a takedown but Chase is quick to defend against it.
Chase darts in and clinches Espinoza up against the cage.
Chase has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Espinoza avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Chase has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Espinoza uses from the top position.

Chase is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Espinoza is just riding it out for now. Chase eventually gives up the hold.
Espinoza wants to improve his position but Chase is controlling well.

Chase wants to free his trapped foot but Espinoza is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Espinoza might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
