Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chan Sung Jung (ranked 3613 p4p, 5297 weight class) and Piotr Astasius (ranked 288 p4p, 372 weight class). Jung comes to the cage accompanied by Zombie. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chan Sung Jung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Piotr Astasius!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Astasius fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jung manages to avoid it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Jung takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
A right-left combo lands from Jung.
Jung wants to clinch up but Astasius keeps it at a distance.
Jung looks to land a combination. Astasius sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Astasius on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Jung looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Astasius feints a jab promting Jung to slip. Astasius then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jung slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Astasius showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jung.
Jung needs to keep his hands up - Astasius had a free shot at his head there.
Astasius scores with a jab. Jung acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Jung takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Astasius lands with a good body shot.
Jung tries to land a front kick but Astasius steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Astasius swings for the body but Jung moves out of range.
Astasius lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Astasius.
Jung shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Astasius pinned against the cage. Astasius gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jung throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Astasius! But no joy.
Astasius has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Jung will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
No joy there for Jung, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Astasius lands with a shot to the body.
Jung is breathing heavily.
Jung misses with the combination.
Jung walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Jung moves out of range as Astasius strikes.
Astasius connects with a right hand. Jung shakes it off.
Jung defending well as Astasius loads up on a big left hand.
Jung clinches up against the cage.
A left hand lands to the body for Astasius.
Astasius lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Jung backwards.
Jung blocks a punch to the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Astasius doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Jung's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Astasius avoids the head kick by Jung.
Astasius lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
A combination from Jung does no damage.
Astasius lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Jung uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Astasius.
Jung darts in looking for a takedown but Astasius gets double underhooks and turns Jung into the cage.
Astasius is working Jung over against the cage.
Jung prevents Astasius from breaking the clinch.
Jung breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Astasius throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jung fails with the takedown
and Astasius counters with a straight right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chan Sung Jung. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jung takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Jung walks into a stiff left hand from Astasius.
Jung takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Astasius lands with an overhand left.
Jung is rocked!
Jung is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Astasius moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Piotr Astasius!
