The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Christ.
Christ is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Christ swings for the body but Collins moves out of range.
Collins bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Christ's head.

It looks like Jeff Christ has been cut.

and Christ counters with a nice double leg into side control. Collins won't be happy with that.

Collins tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Christ wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Christ takes a little break here. Collins wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
