Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tazmanian Devil!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nelson Maseki!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Bruno Hogan and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maseki shoots in for a double leg but Devil sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Devil lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Nelson Maseki has been cut.
Devil looks to score with a jab to the body but Maseki is just out of range.
Maseki tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Devil goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Maseki dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Devil. That did some damage!

Sloppy strikes from Devil. Those never looked like landing.
Devil will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Horrible takedown attempt by Maseki or perhaps it was just good defense by Devil, which made it look bad.

Maseki closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Maseki changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Devil tries to avoid it but Maseki manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Devil to the ground. Devil escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Maseki shoots in looking for a takedown. Devil tries to sprawl out of it but Maseki keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Devil manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
