Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lincoln Hawks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mika Verkko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hawks might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to over the top. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawks throws a hook but Verkko avoids it easily.
Hawks connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Mika Verkko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Oooh a lovely combination from Verkko sends Hawks down but not out. Verkko dives into side control looking to finish.
Hawks is rocked!
Hawks is pushing Verkko's head away, looking to escape. Verkko manages to hold on to the position though.
Oh Hawks is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Verkko decides to stand up, so the ref orders Hawks to his feet.
Verkko throws a right hand that Hawks ducks under and follows up with a left that Hawks also avoids with ease.
Hawks seems to have got his legs back now.
Hawks connects with a good right hand that stumbles Verkko. Verkko circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Verkko misses with a two punch combination.
Hawks showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Verkko.
Hawks feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Verkko's calf.
Verkko looks gassed!
Hawks scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Hawks lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Hawks lands with an overhand left.
Verkko is rocked!
Hawks throws a pinpoint strike between Verkko's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Verkko crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Hawks scores a great knockout victory!
