Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bart Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slice is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Welcome to the Jungle. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Eddie Farnsworth and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Slice but Slice pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Slice lands with a nice combination. Griffin backs away looking to recover.
Slice throws a right hand that Griffin ducks under and follows up with a left that Griffin also avoids with ease.
The fighters circle momentarily. Slice darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Griffin shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Griffin was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Griffin is working for a guillotine from mount but Slice frees his head quite easily.

Griffin goes for an armbar but Slice turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Slice.
Griffin is striking from the bottom but Slice uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.

Slice stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

Slice throws a right hand that Griffin ducks under and follows up with a left that Griffin also avoids with ease.

Griffin has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Don Slice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Slice lands with a nice combination. Griffin backs away looking to recover.

Griffin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Slice looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Slice.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Slice lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Slice.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Slice, as that shot connected.
Slice misses with a wild combination.
Griffin cracks Slice with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Slice misses with a few strikes there.

And that's the end of the fight!
Don Slice comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Slice winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
