Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevon Artell (ranked 3286 p4p, 2096 weight class) and Grady Bronze (ranked 467 p4p, 315 weight class). Grady Bronze has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kevon Artell's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bronze moves away from the strike by Artell.
Artell throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bronze sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Bronze shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Artell but Artell pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Our spies down at at Triumph Over Fear inform us that Bronze has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Bronze escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Artell gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bronze seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Let's hope that Bronze has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Artell wants to pass the guard but Bronze is keeping the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Bronze shoots in looking for a takedown but Artell manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bronze's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Artell connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bronze momentarily.

A big strike lands for Bronze! That's really hurt Artell and he's turned his back - Bronze keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Bronze jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
