The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bolkvadze blocks a head kick by Dalpra.

It looks like Tainan Dalpra has been cut.
Dalpra dives in for a single leg takedown but Bolkvadze sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Bolkvadze was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Toma Bolkvadze has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tainan Dalpra.

Bolkvadze is pressed up against the cage. Dalpra has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bolkvadze down to the mat. Bolkvadze avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Bolkvadze counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Bolkvadze looks at the referee who does nothing so Bolkvadze lands a crushing right that sends Dalpra to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
