Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Putte Ro!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai misses with a hook.
Ro moves out of range of the leg kick from Chai.
Ro lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chai circles away quickly and effectively.
We've been told by Chai's head coaches at Master Chai's Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Ro feints and as Chai raises his hands in defense, Ro changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ro missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Ro wants to pass the guard but Chai is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ro trying to control but Chai is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ro trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Ro throwing strikes but missing.
Ro pushing down on Chai's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ro wants to take a breather but Chai is having none of it.
Ro is nestled in close to Chai, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Ro has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Chai defend it? Ro steps over the head and cranks it - Chai is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Ro!
