The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Godeaux connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Godeaux missing with a left hand there. Paulson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Paulson misses the jab.
Paulson throws a jab when Godeaux was well out of range.

John Paulson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Paulson throws a hook to the side of Godeaux's head but Godeaux sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Paulson looks to land a left hand but Godeaux moved out of range nicely.

Godeaux cracks Paulson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like John Paulson has been cut.

Godeaux walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Paulson drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Godeaux swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Paulson's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
