Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Drake Jones (ranked 1170 p4p, 2013 weight class) and Brandon Rose (ranked 107 p4p, 171 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A little jabbing left from Rose on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Jones is trying to trip Rose. He has hold of a leg but Rose is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Jones persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Rose's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Jones is holding on here and Rose must be using up a lot of energy. Jones has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Rose gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Brandon Rose really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Northern Zombie logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
