Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Surkho Dratchev (ranked 2195 p4p, 1601 weight class) and Bronze Bomber Chai (ranked 257 p4p, 189 weight class). Dratchev comes to the cage accompanied by Schweine by Glukoza Nostra. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Surkho Dratchev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Bronze Bomber Chai!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dratchev lands a right hook to the body.
Chai keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dratchev misses with a straight left.
And Chai responds with a good body kick, but Dratchev manages to step out the way in time.
Dratchev darts in looking for a takedown but Chai gets double underhooks and turns Dratchev into the cage.
Dratchev fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Dratchev is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Dratchev has Chai pressed against the cage, preventing Chai from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Dratchev tries to close the distance and clinch but Chai swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Chai! But no joy.

Dratchev misses with a looping right.
Chai throws out a counter right but Dratchev avoids it with no problem.
Chai displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Dratchev.
Nice defenses there by Dratchev.
Dratchev shoots in looking for a takedown but Chai manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dratchev's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dratchev doesn't manage to clinch there - Chai circles away.
It seemed like Chai was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Dratchev lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Dratchev is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Chai throws a half hearted mid kick.

and Chai counters with a nice body shot.

Dratchev is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dratchev throws a hook but Chai avoids it easily.
Dratchev throws a lazy right hand but Chai sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Chai clobbers Dratchev with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Dratchev pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Bronze Bomber Chai dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Surkho Dratchev's cut.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Dratchev doesn't manage to clinch there - Chai circles away.
Chai flicks out a counter leg kick but Dratchev steps away.
A telegraphed right hand from Chai misses the target.
Dratchev misses with a two punch combination.
Dratchev misses with a jab, cross combination.
Chai throws a low kick but Dratchev avoids it.
A little feinted left hand from Dratchev on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Dratchev fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nice shot by Chai.
Dratchev takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Chai lands a big right hand that sends Dratchev crashing to the mat! Chai stays standing though and waves Dratchev back to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Sloppy strikes from Dratchev. Those never looked like landing.
That kick from Chai tenderised Dratchev's leg. Dratchev is trying to keep his angry face on.
Chai lands with a kick to the ribs.
Chai has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.

Chai cracks Dratchev with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Dratchev looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Chai finish him?
Dratchev is rocked!
Dratchev is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Chai's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Dratchev closes the distance but Chai moves to the side
and Chai counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
