Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brett Yarris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ernie Alvin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yarris comes to the cage accompanied by Land Down Under. Alvin has chosen Ragga Clash as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Brett Yarris could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ernie Alvin's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Alvin.
Yarris smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Alvin drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Yarris wants to stand up but Alvin is controlling him.
Alvin pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Yarris is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yarris pushes Alvin off and scrambles back to his feet.
Alvin closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Yarris connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Alvin! He's out on his feet! Yarris rushes in and drops Alvin with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
