Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Chozen Gracie!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allu misses with a wild body shot.
Gracie lands the left hand.
Allu thuds a left hand into Gracie's body.
Allu defending well as Gracie loads up on a big left hand.
Allu slips under a jab.
Allu misses with a straight left.
Allu throws a leg kick

and Gracie decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Allu's guard.

Allu kicks Gracie off and gets to his feet.
Allu lands a nice shot that snaps Gracie's head back.

It looks like Chozen Gracie has been cut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Gracie has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Allu misses with a hook. Gracie ducked under it nicely.
And Gracie tries to counter it with a takedown but Allu pushes his down on his head and steps out.
The crowd cheers as Allu lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gracie doesn't seem phased though.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Gracie checks a leg kick.

Allu takes a swing at Gracie's ribcage but misses.
Allu has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Allu throws a head kick that misses.
Allu avoids the body shot from Gracie.
Allu misses with a straight left.
Gracie moves out of range as Allu strikes.
Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gracie feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Allus jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Juki Allu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Allu takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Allu moves in looking to clinch but Gracie pushes him off.
Gracie moves out of range of the strikes.
Gracie is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Allu connects with a body shot that sends Gracie's belly button to the back.
Gracie misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Allu to counter with a crisp jab.
A solid leg kick lands there for Allu.

Gracie shoots in for a takedown but Allu shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gracie avoids the body shot from Allu.
Allu connects with a nice looking jab.
Gracie has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Allu.

and Gracie counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Allu wants to control the position but Gracie says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Allu controlling the position well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gracie is working for a kimura here but Allu manages to reverse the position and he's now in Gracie's guard.

Allu slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Gracie pushes a forearm under Allu's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Allu is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
