Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Thorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hannibal Barca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thorn comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - TNT. Barca has chosen Across the Alps as his entrance music. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thorn throws a hook but Barca avoids it easily.

Barca feints and as Thorn raises his hands in defense, Barca changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Barca stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Thorn swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Thorn is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Thorn scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Hannibal Barca seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thorn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Barca shoots in and drives through. Thorn sprawls well.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Barca.
Barca with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Barca lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Mike Thorn is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Barca changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Thorn looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Thorn wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Barca misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Thorn is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Barca is controlling him well.
Barca wants to lay and pray for a moment but Thorn keeps working.

Barca tries to close the distance and clinch but Thorn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Barca ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
