Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Tony!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Osteo Sarcoma!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sarcoma closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tony circles away.
Sarcoma looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Tony jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Sarcoma shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tony as he jumps to the side.
Tony is looking to slow Sarcoma down with leg kicks.
Nice takedown defense from Tony. No joy for Sarcoma on that attempt.
James Tony has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Osteo Sarcoma.
Tony misses the jab.
Sarcoma misses with a body shot.
Tony throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Tony throws a hook to the side of Sarcoma's head but Sarcoma sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sarcoma changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tony tries to avoid it but Sarcoma manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tony to the ground. Tony escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sarcoma looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Tony throws a hook but Sarcoma blocks it.

Tony lands a nice leg kick that just misses Sarcoma's sensitive parts.
Sarcoma looks gassed!
Tony swings for the body but Sarcoma moves out of range.
Sarcoma takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tony scores with a leg kick.
Tony lands with a right hand.
It looks like Osteo Sarcoma has been cut.
Tony connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Sarcoma is trying desperately to land a takedown but Tony is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Sarcoma.
Tony cracks Sarcoma with an uppercut from hell and Sarcoma crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Tony's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Sarcoma is rocked!
Tony might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Tony drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tony jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Sarcoma is still in real trouble! Can Tony finish him?
Tony stays in close to Sarcoma's body and controls the position.
Sarcoma seems to have recovered his senses.
Tony pushing down on Sarcoma's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Tony tries to pass the half guard into mount. Sarcoma knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Sarcoma has hold of Tony's hands but Tony slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Tony frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Tony is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Sarcoma can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Tony trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Tony lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Sarcoma taking shots to the head.
Tony working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Tony lands a heavy elbow.
Tony looking to control but Sarcoma is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tony working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Sarcoma turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Tony off and cradles Sarcoma's limp body as Tony celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). James Tony!
