Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anton Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Katze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Anton Hammer has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Katze is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Hammer's half guard.

Katze is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Hammer can't fight it off and eventually Katze manages to take the fight to the floor. Hammer looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round but I would say that Anton Hammer will probably get the nod.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

You can see the frustration on Katze's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Katze throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hammer sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Katze does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Anton Hammer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Hammer throws the kick towards the body but Katze avoids it.

Katze is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hammer is just riding it out for now. Katze eventually gives up the hold.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Hammer is trying to maintain the position but Katze is very close to passing his half guard.
