Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ray Apollo (ranked 1701 p4p, 1997 weight class) and Lruce Bee (ranked 147 p4p, 171 weight class). Apollo comes to the cage accompanied by Circus - Britney Spears. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ray Apollo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lruce Bee!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Apollo shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Apollo showed some decent athleticism there.
Bee keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Apollo is trying to control. Bee wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Apollo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Apollo trying to control from half guard but Bee is working away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Apollo is working for a kimura but Bee is defending it quite comfortably.
Bee is refusing to be controlled, as Apollo sits in half guard.

Apollo prevents Bee from improving his position.
Apollo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bee defends it well.
Apollo is trying to work for a kimura but Bee is defending well.
Apollo is trying to control the action in half guard but Bee is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Apollo passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Bee!
Apollo moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Bee has worked his arm free - good work by Bee!

Apollo tries for a kimura but Bee is defending well.
Bee regains half guard there - taking advantage of Apollo's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Apollo is looking to take a break and control but Bee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Apollo seems to be looking for submissions.
Apollo is stalling here. Bee is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Apollo seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Bee has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Apollo looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Apollo seems a little lost for a moment, as Bee dominates the positioning.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Apollo tries to buck Bee off but Bee is having none of it.
Apollo is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Well, if Bee is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Bee is thwarting Apollo's attempts to control the position.
Apollo tries to get to full guard but Bee has control of the leg.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Apollo wants to improve his position but Bee is controlling well.
Apollo trying to hold on to Bee's head to control him but Bee postures up.
Apollo moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
We've been informed that Bee has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Bee won't allow Apollo to sweep him here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Apollo looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bee is defending well. Apollo quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bee has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Apollo celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
