Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalliope shoots and misses
and Chen counters with a one-two to the body.
Chen dives in for a single leg takedown but Kalliope sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Kalliope stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kalliope wants it to stay on the feet.
Chen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kalliope sprawls well. Kalliope wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Chen gets slowly back to his feet.

Chen is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Chen moves into range and clinches up with Kalliope.
Kalliope is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Chen pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Kalliope has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Chen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Chen manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Chen prevents the takedown attempt.
Kalliope drops down looking for an ankle pick but Chen pulls his leg out and moves away.
Kalliope is trying hard to land a takedown here. Chen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Chen looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Kalliope fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Chen to the ground. Kalliope is now in Chen's guard.
