Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Rocha (ranked 3991 p4p, 5720 weight class) and Turbo Bulken (ranked 267 p4p, 319 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Turbo Bulken enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jorge Rocha!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Turbo Bulken!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bulken looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Bulken tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Rocha counters with a takedown into side control.

Bulken sneaks out the side door and pushes Rocha away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Bulken misses with the body kick

and Rocha counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Bulken scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Rocha manages to mount him!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bulken tries to buck Rocha off but he can't manage it.
Bulken told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

Rocha jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bulken is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bulken and Rocha has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Rocha tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rocha has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Rocha is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Bulken knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Bulken pushes Rocha away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Rocha gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

After the fight, Jorge Rocha was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
